Transplant ready?

This baby is on week 2. I started her with jiffy seedling starter mix which pretty much has no nutes & got her under some t5 lights 24/0. She's almost 2 inches out of the dirt, would of been taller but I had replanted her when I noticed her getting too stringy so she can build a stem foundation. I'm getting ready to transplant her in a few days to a 1 gallon pot. I was gonna do a 50/50 mix of the jiffy mix & OF. I wanted some opinions if that would be too harsh on the plant being that it's only been feeding off water. Trying to avoid burning her..

That would be just fine.

Go for it.

I usually wait until a plant's roots fill out the container before transplanting.

I find doing this makes it easier for myself to remove the plant and rootball in better shape without scattering soil everywhere.
