Transplant question

I transplanted from a 1 gallon to a 3 gallon but didnt loosen up the root ball at all. Is this going to be a problem? are the roots still going to escape and fill out the 3 gallon?

If you had a good, healthy root ball, dont worry about it. Your roots will thrive and seek out the water holding the nutes and life they love. I have grown a lot of plants (not very many to post about on here, just started these plants), and plants with healthy roots will generally thrive. Especially weeds!

they were filling the entire one gallon. transplanted a little late but was out of town.

You should be just fine, dont worry @ all.

the root will figure out they can reach out again.these plants know how to grow
