Thanks guys. I was kinda surprised how much the roots filled the cup. I used the cup to make a hole in the new soil. The "plug" was a perfect fit and after a couple of hours the plant just perked right up, lol.

yea if you have a clean transplant ,it don't really stress/stop the plant at all

Decapitate my pet?? J/K I've never done that before. I know folks swear by it. I take a more "wild" approach to growing. Half organic and half "I can't afford all that."
Thank you for the suggestion though, maybe someday.
