Track Lighting

I need to cover 8ft in length with one 1000 watt light. I am just wondering if track lighting will produce excellent yields i am looking for. Does anyone know if it is worth putting a 1000w on a track to cover that much area?

As im finding out the longer i use light movers they are tricky devices, they can fuk your grow right up if used wrong,if your going into it with the intention of larger grow spaces with less light then your in for a dissapointment,if you try to cover more area than the light is capable of covering on its own you'll end up with badly stretched plants.

A 1,000 watt light on a 4ft mover will cover a 6x8 area well but you'll need to be sure to move the plants on the outer edgers of the grow daily,if not they will stretch.

The best use of light movers is to supply even lighting to the entire grow, not to dramaticlly increase the floor space,i have not harvested with a mover in the system yet but im hoping for a 10% to 20% increase in yeild with my movers.
