Track Lighting Questionj

I know that 2 lights are better than 1, but , has any one here ever experimented with 1 light on a track?? How does it affect the final product?? Is it noticably different than two fixed stationary lights??? I am looking for feedback from people with experience using light tracks. Thanks.

Are you referring to light movers or track lighting?

Light movers / back and forth.

Light movers are often used when the space is not big enough for 2 lights but need more coverage than the 1 light gives. They work well if you get a nice one. You can even have it pause at either end for a period of time before it starts moving again. I have friends that use them and they love them.
