towards end of hermie grow (top of heads drying)

most of the buds from about 5cm down from the head have all dried up would it be fine to chop the on healthy part of the head of?
and why is this happening!? lol

Sounds like you have them to close to the light. The heat is drying them up, cut the dried parts asap. The parts drying up will die and the plant will use alot of nuts to try to repair but it wont be able to.
