Generally, the botyom branches dont do much except produce shit. So, i was wondering if it would be morembeneficial to top at 12 nodes and remove the bottom 6 or top at 6 nodes. Thanx

I top at 5 and clean out 3 and under, that way I can top again without the plant being so tall and the canopy stays even. I only have 60" of height in my tent.

I personally top after the 4th node then remove the fan leaves 48 hours later to allow new growth to get light and room to grow to the top. I then start LST pulling the new growth outwards. I then top each new growth again and continue training. I have topped a plant 5 different times leaving me with around 30 plus tops for a nice even canopy. If it grows uneven, you can top it or bend it downwards.

I top when its at 6 nodes at the 3rd. Then pinch for more tops later on if i want.
