Topping off reservoir

Hello. My question today is when you top off your reservoir after watering plants with ph balanced water. Does that water also need the chlorine dissipated with an air pump before hand? Or can I let the chlorine dissipate in the nutrient reservoir with the air pump running? Also should the air pump alway be running after the nutes have been mixed? Thanks in advance

I never shut down air pumps, and as long as the water never reaches the roots , having chlorinated water in the res is fine (it will not affect root microbes) I use aquarium de-chlorinator myself. When I add water, I put a drop or 2 into the res, instant solution to chlorinated water.
