top of soil drying out

the top of my soil keeps drying out and i water it every 2 days.. and it drys out with in 4 hr. the temp of the area is 75-80'C.. what am i doing wrong?

is nothing wrong with the top soil drying out
as long as u keep checking the undersoil for moisture

my 12incher is droopig now i think cuase i flushed it from water out the tub foset
never made sure that was ph just fill it up like 2 times and let drain each time
and i did the same thing with the smaller plant too
i have a gallon filled with ph water what should i do ?
anyone could help me please?before they get worse

Flushing a plant is a traumatic experience for the plant especially a plant thats allready in trouble,unless your sure you have nutrient lock then you should avoid flushing.

Depending on pot size & also taking into account your initial concern about the soil drying too quickly i'd bet that your over watering the plants.
