Top leaves near buds seem like are crawling... check pics please

7’th week since flip 12/12.
Sativa dominant.
Daily watering
5g pots
Hydrococo 60/40
Recently intruduced Pk13/14 and lowered other nutes quite a lot.
Overall the plant seems healthy. Only the leaves near buds seems to crawl a bit.

I have a plant doing this since I put my new leds in. I’m certain it’s because I have the light closer than recommended. No dmg is happening to the leafs that do it so I’m leaving it to see what’s up. All my plants under this particular light are from the same mother. I have figured out what’s doing it but the leaves flip over half way down
