Go for it. I top and supercrop at the same time starting very very early. However I’d transplant and wait a couple of days just to be safe.I was wondering would I put too much stress on my plants if I were to up pot and defole & lst at the same time?
I see a lot of posts about defoliation. I’ve seen pics that make me shake my head. Each leaf is like a single solar panel because it is. If you were in a solar powered aircraft (there’s one that circled the earth) would you want a single panel removed? When light is weak then selectively. Very selectively. It’s better to chop your tops and lower your light if you have the time.No to the defoliating part...dur
Sometimes it's just needed. Not to increase yields it better growth but for airflow. That plant is definitely not one of them though.I see a lot of posts about defoliation. If you do decide to defoliate start with just the tough huge fan leaves. The oldest ones. Definitely don’t get aggressive. I’ve done it.
