my first question is what do the ambient temps look like? and my second is how old are the girls. I've seen plenty of people using tons of light in small areas and the biggest drawback is usually the temps. 250w even 150W HPS put off a lot of heat, which can cause the ladies to burn and the stress can also cause slow growth and sometimes stretching. The more light the better in my experience as long as the rest of the environment is stable (temps, air circulation, nutes, ph etc.)

Ladies are one month old , soil was labeled ph 6,5 and there were sad that it has added nutrients so i flushed it with plenty of water, ambient temps were 30 c to 32 c with 250w + 100 w hps together now when it's only one 150 w hps the ambient temps are 29 c plants are 10 cm (4 inches) from bulb. Now the plants are getting nutrients biobizz grow the dose is 4 ml per 2 Liter water (however its sad on bottle to use 2-4 ml per each 1 Liter of water).

as mentioned, you really can't give them too much light. as long as you keep the temps in check, no problem. if you're seeing bleaching, your lights are prob too close.
