Too many amps?

I did a grow earlier in the winter with a 600W HPS, 180W LED, fans, air pump and other stuff. I was using about 1000W throughout my basement, and ended up tripping the GFCI occasionally, also had an issue in a separate part of the house with a heater burning up a whole socket. I didnt know much about electricity when i started but knew i was pushing the limits. I've stopped using the 600W HPS, and i want to get some LED's for growing small greens. I would like to use 3 sets of these with 3A power supplies (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06ZYPPH9Q/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?smid=A36FEP9VDJCUWP&psc=1)
but that would be 9 Amps, and at >13 amps i start to get issues right? I could do 9, but i may want to include the 180W LED too, and i believe its 2A. Thats 11 Amps. If the wattage on these is 75 at most, thats 225W with the same amps as a 1000W HID???? It seems like it would just be safer to just use a 1000W HID and it might be cheaper in the short term than getting the wiring upgraded. Am i wrong? Someone please help before i burn my house down.
