Too late for outdoor?

What if I were to move in to a new place on september 1st would it be possible to through some short flowering clones out.

Sure its possible. As long as you don't have to worry about rain and other late-season problems associated with the weather, I don't see why not. I put some 6" Afwreck clones out this same time last year in a greenhouse and they finished at the end of November or beginning of December and were about 2-3 feet tall.
