tons of gnats!!! nothing is working. getting pissed

There are gnats and little tiny black bugs that i am figuring turn into the gnats as they age, all over my grow box. I have been dealing with then for a while now and nothing I have tried works.
I have tried mixing 1 part hydrogen peroxide 3 parts water and watered them. I saw a thread on riu that sweared this was the best way to do it. They were wrong. These bugs are just multiplying like crazy.

I also have this bug spray from Ace hardware that is supposed to be safe for blooming plants. There are lots of dead ones laying on the floor of my grow box but every time I look in there it seem like there are more little bugs crawling around to though.

this is seriously driving me nuts.
does anyone have a suggestion?

Are you growing in soil? If so, buy some sand at the hardware store and top dress your plants with about 2-3 inches. Also get some hot shot no pest strips and they will slowly thin out and go away. Maybe not 100% but manageable.

seven dust for vegetable plants dust the soil before the sand ,it has to be a multi fronted attack they are tenacious little bastards

I hate when people do that
If they would do some research on their own they wouldn't have to make more than one thread about the same topic

it was an accident and i don't know how to delete the one that is in the wrong thread.
chill out dick.

and i did do research. I am just using this site for what it is intended for.
