is it true you can use tomato feed for my plants? if so how much should i give it and wen?

i was told that you can use tomato nutes in the veg stage, then rose nute for flowering. i believe they were talking bout MG plant food..

Tomato nutes would be better for flowering as they have a high potassium content - which means better and larger tomatoes on a tomato plant, and better and larger buds on the plant you described, lol.
Yeh you can use it, but be careful when you use it for the first time - use 1/4 of the recommended dose on the label.
TL;DR version: Use 1/4 strength to begin with, and use it during flowering.
