To SCROG or not to SCROG

So I have been low stress training my plant for the last month or so. Feeding natural fertilizer with 300W LED. Just wondering your thoughts on whether or not I should SCROG this girl. She has 12 tops right now.....if I'm counting right lol.

ScrOGing is good way to assure all your cola get good light and space, I would say do it I couldn't have near the amount of colas I have now if I didn't have a ScrOG going.

This is only 6 plants and I don't even feel like counting the amount of cola zones.
What size is your screen. I have 6 White Widows. Hope for the same growth you have going.

I forget the exact measurements but roughly 50"x48". I got all the colas and grow I did cause I topped like every 3rd node on each plant like 4 times. There was a lot of topping for sure

Awesome thanks for the advice guys. Well I went ahead and did the scrog and here are the results. The normal pick is yesterday after tie down and the LED one is today.
I'm using garden trellis with 1inch squares.

I know I didn't fill the whole screen and I'm not worried about that but do you think she's going to stretch much more seeing this is day 9 of flower? Should I leave her alone to do her thing now or keep tucking for another week?

Hey...looking good! I would keep tucking.....keep taking the faster growing shoots to the outsides of your net you may be quite surprised how they respond! I would re evaluate once you see
first flowers developing. Here's a couple of pics on what mine looked like when I put screen over them it was a 2 stage scrog in a 8x4 tent. The coverage over the screens all happened within 2-3 weeks of
flipping them into flower and they still stretched like fuck. I think it will depend on your strain and how much it stretches but I was really surprised how much mine stretched and grew in the "Transition period". Hope this helps!

Thanks....that was my first attempt at scrogging I'm only on to my second scrog this time around and they look much better than the first, learnt a lot from
the first grow I was trying to get to much production out of them by HST and super cropping them won't be doing that again!... Here's some pictures of this run day 44 of flower with new DIY light set up CXB3590s

Insane. I wish I had the room for a crop like that! I'm going to look into a slightly different setup next time but in the meantime I'm looking forward to the outcome of my current plant. This is my 4th go at growing and have to say that I have definitely improved from my first attempt lol. First two plants were not much bigger than a bottle of water. The third I grew outside on my balcony and maybe grew to the size of a 2L pop bottle lol. This one though is a mega bush so far. Stem is as thick as my pinky:) As for whether to HST or not I found that really gets the ball rolling after the initial hump. What are you growing in?

I started using organic soils but switched to coco coir, I was also hand watering which was another mistake inconsistent watering at different times didn't help the plants grow at optimum. So I set up a
reservoir and started a recirculated system which made all the difference the plants just loved it and when insanely bushy and fast and that was under flouro's while I was waiting for the components for
my DIY.

Your screen should be min of 2" square 3" is even better. Keep you net at least 12" above pot. Been scroggin for years. I can get 4 pounds out of a 24 sqft area. with 1800w

should I scrog her? just fliped to 12\12..2 days ago.
I wouldn't this run, you have a good even canopy. Keep pulling it down you can use spring loaded clothes pins. The grove cut in them for the clothes line with clip over the branch without harming the branch. Use tape to add weight to the pins stuff like washers or nuts will work as weight. keep the weight on them or they will just spring back up

I been using para cord and tying off to the pot... used a drill and made some holes along the handle lip of the pot. thinking once she gets big I'll tie the colas to the ceiling with para cord. this way I can separate each one enough.
