Titan Controls Flo n gro

Hi all,

I am writing this today becaus I am seething mad with Titan controls, and greners.com. I ordered the "Titan Controls flo n gro COMPLETE SYTEM" from them the other day. After what I thought was thorough research turned out to be tricky marketing. I looked up and down at this site http://www.greners.com/i/hydroponics/systems/ebb-and-flow/titan-controls-flo-n-gro-system.html

in the description it says it comes with the Oceanus, in the directions it says it does, on the we page, even on the front of the 55gal drum everything comes in, but apparently it does not. Every indication imaginable that it comes with the Oceanus is put out there, but they are just out to trick you. the point of this rant is to make sure nobody else spends 500+, for only the plastic buckets and no controller GRRRRRWTTTFFFFF..

If anybody else has had this experience please let m know. I will never buy another Titan controls product, and I hope to be able to keep other people from getting ripped off. thank you

Edit : the video on the greners site, also show the Oceanus coming with the compete system.. WTF

Sorry that happened to you. But you should take it back because it didn't come with it. I did the same reading up before I got my flo and gro. It was a complete system. The Oceanus brain bucket dosnt not fit in the 55 drum so it is shipped in it's own box. So it sounds like somebody jacked the box or it wasn't shipped. Ether way it should be there.

You will love this system. It's easy to clean and the 360 pots make great roots. I've already added on sites and ordering another system in a few weeks. Hope this gets worked out soon.

Sometimes parts are on backorder also, I got my system missing a few things, and two days later fedex showed up with the parts. But I also was fuming. Customer service was solid also, so shoot em a call.
