tips touching liight

this is my first grow well into flowering stage but tops of plants have touched the light and burned slightly i have no more space to take the light higher any suggestions. Shall i bend or cut them? I have moved the plants to the side of the lights so tops dont touch bulb but lower part of plants get the light is this ok????????????

perform moderate LST, tie your branches down a little bit each day more and more!

I second that advice. I put an elastic band around the bottom of my pot, gentley tie some string around the offending branch and then hook the string under the band, pull it down a little each day.
Do not cut your flowering plant this could possibly stress out your lady and wont do you any favours.
