Tips on room setup

Im pretty new at growing and this my first time growing with a 1000 watt hps from start to finish..i have two plants alien bubba(10 inch) and alien dawg(13inch) and its slow going if anyone can please look at my pics and help me with some good advice thanks

ps im using the fox farm grow big and big bloom
