Tiny white and black bugs on fan leaves

Does anybody have any idea what these are I spotted a few on different fan leaves I crushed them with my fingers then sprayed my plant with diluted neem oil. These things are tiny but I magnified them with my phone. Without looking through my phone they just look black but upon zooming in on them for a picture I saw that they're also white. Heres a picture.

looks like thrips. very common cannabis pest. neem oil is good. you can also use safer soap (potassium salts of fatty acids) and capt jacks (spinosad) and oil based cleaners like green cleaner will help too. you can use em all in rotation.

plants in veg still i hope?

sweet no problem to use any of the products mentioned. np. spray at lights off.

this is also quite handy
