Tiny orange red bugs

What are these bugs are they spider mites broadmites or russet mites I also found a bunch of eggs with tiny black bugs but don't have a picture of it to show these are outdoor plants

They don't look like any type of mite to me. Mites are tiny. The biggest of the ones you mentioned is spider mites, but unless I'm tripping that bug is way too big to be a spider mite. Could you take a better pic? Maybe one of the whole plant too. That thing might be eating some smaller bugs or whatever those eggs are hatching. You're outdoors so bugs are gonna be part of the process.
 
It looks like an aphid. Do you see them actually eating any part of the plant? I wouldn't worry too much outdoors, there will be a predator of some sort that comes by and eats them

Aphids have six legs. Aphids are insects. Mites and spiders have 8 legs. Count the legs, there are eight. Those are not too big to be spider mites, they are just magnified. They are definitely mites, not aphids.

That picture isn't zoomed in enough to give spider mite details. That bug is too big to be a spider mite.

This image is zoomed in even more than his with higher detail and you can still barely make out the details of the spider mites.
