Timers?

I was looking online for timers and there are so many kinds. What kind do you use and where did you get it? Does walmart sell the kind I need? I dont even know what kind i need....lmao.

I use $20 digital dual-outlet ones from home depot. Walmart sells them too. You don't need anything fancy if you are just controlling your lights.

Hi, I agree with the 1st reply. Generally indoors I use all digital dual outlets too. I find them at ACE hardware, but they are everywhere.
Easy to program and they remember your settings even if the power goes out. Happy Gardening GrowIT!:weed:

yea go to walmart they got em their..i got mine from their..its a Brinks digital timer with an LED screen works hella good..I SUGGEST A DIGITAL TIMER their more persice

If you don't know, how do you expect anyone else to know? What are you controlling with this timer? Lights? One light ... multiple lights? Fans? Nutrients? Co2? What? 110v or 220v?

I could also suggest that you purchase a $5 walmart timer, but I go no idea what you're doing with it. So it may or may not work for you! Good luck.

i just need to control a 600watt and fan. but thanks everyone, im headed to wally world right now to pick up one so I can get my grow on. thanks n much love...

if you are using a 600w light i think u will need to us a contactor, a standard timer will get burnt out basically...

you need a heavy duty timer w/that hps. otherwise their is a good chance it will fail on you. I see it happen every once in a while.
