Timer Problem Hopefully someone can help

I have this timer that i got off a friend and i cant figure it out he couldn't either and he didn't have the instruction manual it doesn't have a name but i have a picture maybe one of you have this timer and can help me please i hate having to wake up to turn on the lights

bottom row > program button push it to set start time
change hour by pressing first row 2nd button that says "on" on top and "hour" beneath.. ditto for mins it is next button

back ti "prog: button push it again to set stop time

Give the name model number and I can see if i can get the manual for ya
