I've got a plant thats 5 weeks into flowering and I forgot to turn the timer on when I was going away, I'ts been under constant light for 4 days. Does anyone know if this will cause any kind of adverse effects on the plant.?

Yeah, well, four days is a lot for a plant as far into flowering as your was. I say was because it has already begun to revert back to veg growth and this will have a distinct effect in finshing time. If you're really unlucky, the plant will have vegged too long and will want to start flowering all over again with a stretch period and everything. If this happens you'll have to wait for it to finish and just deal with the stretched, leafy buds and probable resulting hermies. You could be lucky and have a hearty strain that will just go right back into 12/12 with the first dark period. Here's hoping!

Good luck....
