Hey,
I was going to do some more research, but I thought I'd check here first.
Has anybody tried to make a switch that flips a ballast's power back and forth between 2 lights? I'm on a budget for my first grow, and realize that I'll save a good chunk if I use one ballast the whole time and then toggle between room A and room B on a 12/12 cycle.
I'm going to talk to some electrical guys tomorrow and see what I can find out, but has anybody else tried this? Seems like a great way to save $ on ballasts, and stretch your wattage.
