I'd be watching for amber trichomes at this point, I like to harvest when they first start appearing. Others like to harvest when there are a lot of amber trichomes. More amber trichomes change the high.
Your plants still have bud growth occurring, you can see the white hairs in spite of the yellowed and dying fan leaves. I'm also wondering if your P was low. I haven't yet been successful at recreating the dying fan leaves... It means something, I'm not sure what and I'd like to know!

I was definitely low on something, I think it was potassium but not 100%
