Time for flower - lets test these CFLs

So I am in the middle of my first real grow, which I actually consider my second test grow. Everything going great with my set up!!! The biggest ??? as an objective reader/newbie is all the difference of opinion on what CFLs can and can't do regarding bud density, yield, etc and I am not looking for that debate on this thread. Just saying I am excited and curious to see what MY CFL delivers. These are 3 clones from a poor, abused bagseed first test. Looks like my SOG plan is sound for my space. Assuming the flower goes well and my setup delivers, next grow will be from some Critical Yumboldt seeds I ordered.

Thoughts, suggestions, opinions, dreams of grandue always welcome!

Looking pretty healthy. Only 2 bits of advice, both obvious, and I'm quite certain you're already aware: Keep CFLs close, and cover the bottom with light, also, and start training so that you can keep light penetration as buds develop and grow!

Thanks. I did some LST tie downs but didn't stick with it. Since I didn't kill anything this time, I'll do more next time. Isn't it a bit late to do more atthis point?

Right now, it would be hard to add light underneath with my set up. Once they start to get some height, I will figure it out. If nothing else, I will get something reflective under them. With my my water system, I don't need access to the pots. I don't hear much about it, but I really am happy with the Tropf Blumat watering system.

The lights are always within 3" of the plants. I raise them daily to mist and take the pics then.

As long as the L is standing for Low (instead of Lotsa) you can LST through flowering, be slow and gentle about it, but definitely very doable (and common, from the threads I've seen.) As the plant matures the branches will get thicker and more rigid, be careful not to break them.

Adding side/bottom light after they start their flowering stretch works. Just not too late, or you'll have immature popcorn buds along the bottom/dark areas. If you add reflective material, Mylar works the best, and the Mylar blankets are fairly cheap and very flexible (being blankets and all.)
