thrips,plant vitality plus

Hello i have just noticed an infestation of thrips havent seen any flying yet just the small yellow maggott lokking 1s,anyway iv just smoke bombed my tent to start with and i have abottle of plant vitality plus which im goin to use as well then put a layer of sand on my soil to prevent the larvae from getting out..my question is can i spray with plant vitality plus as im 4 weeks 2day in flower and have small nugs..would it be best to just spray the lower leaves and soil as thats wher the main prob is??? iv put yellow stickies on my pots and hung a few as well...help please

I would get something that is mostly pyrethrins if you are into flowering. I had some thrips and hit em with FF bug off. That did the trick almost instantly, If you have buds forming you should be careful what you use.
