this kind of seed germination going

i first put them in a plate with a humidifier and 12 out of 24 seeds sprouted, the humidifier broke and i was left with these 12 seeds which did not sprout and i tried the paper towel zip lock method but i still cant sprout them

should i go ahead and try the seed scarification or order a new humidifier and put them in a plate again

same. I let em float in a cup of water with a tiny bit of h202 to kill any bacteria, fresh seeds usually sprout and show a tail in 24 hours while still floating. Older seeds might just split but not show a tail. Thick shelled seeds might need to be manually cracked with your fingers or a tool.
If I dont get any action after a 24 hour soak plus a day in a paper towel, I will just go ahead and crack them manually.

How old are they? Where are they from? How long did it take for the first ones to germ?

These are about 10 days old, the first ones cracked in 2 or 3 days

as stated above a little h2o2 helps and sometimes you may need to scuff them a small amount with some fine grit sandpaper. Some seeds have thicker outside shells than others
