I'm a n00b myself but I thought I'd mention this incase its of any use, put your shiny material (mylar?) all around the plants, create a tent. It'll maximize the light your plants are receiving. That could be pointless info but from what I've read the more light the bigger the buds.

alright, so i switched the light fixtures to ceramic double-bulb ones (that's 12 cfl's total), half of them are 4100kelvins and the other half are 6500kelvins. i also pruned the plants so as to allow the bottom leaves more light. KEEP COMMENTING!!! I FIND IT EXTREMELY HELPFULL.

Hey welcome to the forum. Its apparent you have some skills. The person that posted about the mylar is spot on in this case, you have a fair amount of bulbs there, instead of putting individual reflectors on them to direct them, you could construst a sort of tent around the outside and install mylar (90% reflective) or Panda Plastic (85% reflective) to reflect all that nice light back to your plants. You should also check the thread Garden Knowm (SeeMoreBuds) posted about light proximaty with the clf's.
Please change this to a journal, more folks will view it, I know I will watch this one. VV

What he said! and put Mylar under the plants to reflect light up too! Nice plants.
And if you want top rated CFL's Like the ones I use check out this link
SH Hydroponics

I use there Spectrum ll light kit. The only diff is I purchased mine at the local Home Depot. Same lights & reflectors for about $10 more than S/H sells there kits for. and I use 2 light kits 2 for grow & 2 for Bud.
