Is this looking like sacs/male pre flowers and a long skinny male like plant or am I just buggin and those are jus unformed new sets of leaf ?

hmmmm it could go either way. You will know soon enough once the preflower developes a little bit more. If you have a loupe, you might be able to learn more.

The male pre flower has a claw look to it,the female more of a tear drop look.Just look for a white hair.
