okay so as of now i live in mesa az. i was thinking about moving in the next few months and i was looking in to reddings with my wife i just wanted to know if it was a okay place to live/grow or if any one knows any inexpensive places to live in nor cal my price range is $30000 for a new house its not much but its better then nothing thank you every one

I know a house for $45K in a grow friendly area but you would also need to be a handyman. Right on the river. (1 block from river)
I was trying to get it but the wiring is shot.

buy a park model, live in an RV park. no other way i know of to own something new cash for 30k. if you mean you have 30k down, then yes you can be a home owner in norcal with 30k down.
