thinking of a dezine, need opinions

hey i have a grow box pretty much the same size as a mini fridge and would two, 23w fluorescent bulbs and a med. size fan do it for 3 plants?

would that be about a 1 x 1 foot space? if so the lumens/sq. ft. would be on the lower edge, but enough for some decent results
much depends on the strain and training technique - i saw someone do this wattage(or close to it) in a LST and get maybe a half oz or so of dry bud
