Thinking about the smell...

Okay, so first of all, my plant isn't nearly old enough to start stinking yet. Only a few weeks old so far.

I've got some PC fans on their way and I'll be installing an intake and an exhaust fan in my box as soon as they get here.

I plan on making a carbon filter using the tuts here and sticking that in the exhaust. However, would the smell come out of the intake as well?

I know I'll have a fan going into the intake 24/7, but I want to make sure I'm not reeking up the house.

I'll probably also be getting some ona gel as well to help out.

Should I be worried about the smell leaving through the intake?

Not at all, unless the intake is passive. Seeing as you will have a fan there, I doubt any smell would leak out.
If you want to be more sure, buy a cheap air ionizer. These kill odors.

I'll definitely be using an active intake. I want to make sure my girl gets nice and thick, considering she's a spindly little gal right now.

OH, its going to stink if you play your cards right. So if its not ok for it to stink a little bit then you need to think about a better odar control. I have a large carbon filter and a ozone gen. Still cant have company durring flower. The smell of a couple plants in vegg will engulf a house with sweet skunky smell if its not vented right
