they have stopped growing

This is my first indoor grow. And my plants got stretch at first so I replanted them deeper in a 2 gallon bucket. And since then they have not gotten any taller and the leaves on the bottom are turning yellow. They are seemingly still alive as the tops are still green and new leaves are growing. It's just not growing in height.

Shock of new light and re-potting can stunt them for 2 weeks.
Just dont go overboard with the feeding since next thing youll have the tips of the leaves burning from over feeding which will stunt it again.
Also in a bigger pot youll water less at first.

Would repotting and a new light also cause the leaves to die and/or become discolored kinda like roll over. I have about 9 sqr feet and I'm using a 1000 watt LED

Yea I strongly think so to i didnt have drainage holes in the buckets until yesterday I took m drill and a screw a drilled a bunch of holes in the bottom and alot of the water came out I have had the fan on them most of the day and the soil seems tobe drying out slowly but surely

they're just working on roots right now
I started them with a small florescent light and they stretched quite a bit so I replanted them all the way up to right below the beginning things. (Sorry new to this not sure what they are called). Havnt been able to tell any growth in height yet just some new leaves

Cannabis seedlings start with two round leaves known as "cotyledons." These leaves are already formed inside the seed and simply open up once the seed has sprouted. After the cotyledons emerge, the "true" (serrated) cannabis leaves will start to grow from the center.

That info would have been usefully to begin with and that they are pretty much babies. I retract what I said before haha.
