their probably dead.. right?

my 5 plants were in my backyard just getting
some real sunlight, their only 6 days old.
and they had greenish/yellowish colour and
their shells came off the thing so they look like
they had swan heads? or whatever. ya know?
anyways i was gone for an hour and my sisters kids
came over and the 2 year old ripped them out of the
dirt and took off those swan heads.

i was so pissed off, anywhoo, she dug them up
and it looked like they didnt have no roots?
just a long white tail. andd now they dont have those
2 things but the stem is still in good shape.

can i save these babies?

That's likely the cotyledon that was ripped off. Which means they're dead.
