Mitt Romney is a Mormon and as such Marijuana is a forbidden act much like Happy Hour in Utah has been.

We will vote Obama simply because voting for Romney is worse for Legalization and indeed much worse for National Medical Efforts.

Say what you like but we are choosing the lesser of two evils when it comes to Marijuana Legalization and the Republicans are not supporting Ron Paul's message of legalization!

So Vote Republican and Vote against yourself and all of us. It's that simple.

Any Counter arguments?

i agree that it will be good for legalization but fuck that i sooner just watch the whole thing go down and smoke up till they give me another alternative. doesnt matter how much power rom has since 14 states are legal it will be very hard to shut down all the pot farms,growers,dis,clinics, ect its near impossible at this point to get rid of it. not to mention NC is close on coming up with reforms for hemp. once its grown in NC not a chance you can kill it. they have almost no winter its too easy to grow anything there.

I know about 5.7 Trillion reasons not to vote for him. I respect he was elected, but had kept zero promises and unemp is up, gas has almost trippled, he did not end the wars and he has spent 5.7 trillion dollars on programs that dont mean shit.

Once again I respect the guy for rising to the office but he party is over. Weed will not be legalized until the 30 something year olds that are in office get to the point that what they say matters. Just the way it is until all the older people, like myself, are gone is the only time you will ever see it no matter Romney or Obama. The majority of people that vote are old, the youngers people bitch, scream, complain and dont show up on election day. They are the ones to blame not the politicians it is the younger people that dont even register to vote.

I get a 190 dollar check from my helath ins company with a letter explaining it is Obama Care that got me the check... The next month my rates go up 23 dollars a month. Just crap is all it is, lies, lies, and more lies.

A couple years ago when California was going to vote on prop 19, I got on this forum and found that a lot of people were against it. I assume there were some whose livelihood could be threatened by legalization. I'm not in that boat, but there's your counter argument.

We'll have to wait and see what happens after Washington, Oregon, and Colorado vote on it in November, but I suspect that either candidate will come down on any state trying to legalize. you're probably correct that Romney is more anti marijuana than Obama.

Going to be 6 trillion the day he accepts the nomination and unem will be above 8 percent. The admin is a joke at least Carter did not do shit but he did not spend 6 trillion on nothing. What about my insurance ?? I guess I am not reading the bill right??? All lies, every bit of it is lies.

Unless you're living in a battleground state, voting third party won't matter.

In 2000, when Nader played spoiler, that should have been a wake up call to the party. They should have realized that if they want to win, they need to adjust their positions. It shouldn't have been a message to voters that we need to change our beliefs to suit the party. That's fucking backwards!

when gwb was in office gas was pushing $5 per gallon for over a year or so.. only in the last few weeks of his presidency did it go under $3.. i just got gas the other day and it was $3.55 per, no where near $15 / gallon..

The budget for most of 2009 was passed in 2008 before Obama came into office

Congress spends money according to our Constitution
and no one ever answers the question.

I don't like the guy but you should check out politifact.com....Obama has kept more promises than he has broken.

BTW the president doesn't control gas prices....read a book

I'm planning on it. I'm not sure which state I'll be able to vote in, it will either be Washington state or Illinois. I have a feeling Obama will win both states no matter who I vote for.

If Obama loses and it was determined that he lost because of so many Gary Johnson votes, then it can serve as a message to future Democratic candidates that ending the drug war and scaling back our military are winning issues. I'd settle for a Romney victory if that outcome changed the Democrats for the better.
