The price of beans?

Why does the price of feminized seeds always seems to be creeping up. I would have thought that with all the competition out there that the cost would level out or even decrease at some point but it hasn't. Granted the cost of a seed is insignificant if the harvest is successful but I'm curious if the cost is reflected in how difficult it is to produce feminized seeds. I'm not talking about regular seeds because based on my experience a big fat female fertilized by a big fat Male produces an awful lot of viable seeds. If I could get a buck for every seed a single plant can produce I would be wealthy man. How much does the process of feminization decrease a plant's seed output? Walmart's should get into the business.

It's just supply and demand people charge what people will pay. There are cheap ones out there though, Useful seeds charges 60 for 10.

This is the site I purchased my first seeds from https://www.cannabis-seeds-store.co.uk/ They have pretty decent prices upon doing some research for seeds with the best price/genetics.
