Ok, First off, Let me just start off by giving everyone on this site a VERY BIG Thank You, because with out this forum my plants(so far) would have been dead 1000 times over already.

Im new to posting, but not new to following everyones grows. I have been dieing to start a grow of my own, but since I was living with my parents I didnt want to take any risks getting them caught up in all this, so i waited a few years, and here I am today im my own house finally:hump: (with roomates who are fully aware of whats going on, and are helping with the grow).
So thats my life story I guess, and on to the plants.(keep in mind im a poor college student with no $$, so i probably wont be able to afford a $100+ light anytime soon AKA till next grow)

Since this is my first grow(for any kind of plant) I really have no idea what to expect. My 8 plants are 15 days old and are growing like the weeds they are. Im using 7 26W Cfls all 6500K, and my medium is miracal grow moisture control.

- heres my first question to all you underground horticulturists, because I dont have a fancy light like most do, i was wondering if for the flowering stage if i could just switch them outside in the sun from the cfls, with out hurting/stunting growth.

- and #2 is just something i have been pondering for a while, is the sun more, less, or as powerful at growing plants as the purpose made lights that everyone has? Im just curious.

Sorry its sooo long. I never was any good at summarys. Pics will follow as soon is i figure out how to post them.

That's the way I go...I've been starting indoors for years then I put them outside in late may early june. The sun is the holy grail of all light. As long as you get your plants out there in plain view of the sun. I've read that as long is it get's 4-6 hours of full view of the sun is ok. In my opinion the more the better. Last year I put 20 plants outside that I grew inside in june and they only got around 3 foot tall. Very nice to keep them discreet. My only advice would be to sex them before you put them outdoors or keep going back to check them so the males don't pollinate your females (kinda scary after a while). Myself I will only go check my plants at around 2:00 a.m. in the morning with a mask on.
