The fan inside my grow box raises the temp by 5 degrees

What should I do? Im pretty sure its because its moving the hot air from the light to all parts of the grow box. Is there a certain spot the fan should be in relation to the intake and exhaust vents? When the fans is off my box is at a perfect 76 degrees. The fan is a little big for the size of the box, do I just need a smaller fan? Or would the exhaust fans be enough on there own? the box is 2x2x3 and I have a 140 cfm fan with passive intake.

They should be the same and your exhaust needs to be on and upper conner of box heat rises... so on the bottom of your box all its taken out is cool air hot is still rising that is why your temp rises when it is on

you want the fan on the exhaust, move the fan higher up by the light where the bulk of the hot air actually is, you want the intake more towards the bottom letting the cooler air in
