A single seed conceived
Boundless
One dream of endless green
So five years later, after the weird period of limbo referred to as high school, I have set forth to venture into the academic realm that is college. I now live in a quaint ranch-style home with my boyfriend and our two other roommates. We.re an interesting sort. Recently, we've organized a ongoing rave circuit we hold around the area. It's going really well, except our turnout tends to be too high. Our last BDSM themed basement rave attracted about 300 guest, which the surrounding neighborhood and thus the police did not find to entertaining. That being said, my grow space is never ever in the vicinity of these parties, and is kept under the highest level of security. I actually accumulated all the necessary equipment for growing the first week of June, and began the process shortly after. So my journal is long overdue. I had originally wanted to start one with the grow, but I diverted my attention to starting a scrapbook that records the process of each plant I grow in a very in-depth perspective. However, I need an actual journal to understand my adventure into the world of horticulture and to keep my sense subjectivity keen.
So here is my little piece of heaven
I've got a Blue Cheese and a Super Lemon Haze growing under a 400 watt HPS/MH air-cooled light, feeding from 5 gallon DWC Buckets, in a Secret Jardin dr60. Each bucket also gets its own 100 gallon air pump attached to a disk air stone. I noticed a large difference in growth patterns after adding the second air pump. Currently, I'm doing some independent research into plant nutrient bioavailability, and their corresponding isomeric structures. To begin this I'm running Blue Planet Nutrients Farmer's Pride Line with their Seaweed Extract and Root Inoculate. The nutrients are working extremely well with no apparent deficiencies so far. The pH is also staying stable surprisingly. To shape the plants I'm trying a mix of tying and defoliating to achieve full, evenly-budding plants. It's working very well so far. I'm still accumulating my notes on my practices and their results, but I will update soon.
I don't know what to say other then so far the decision to pursue my dream of cannabis cultivation has been one of the most long-awaited and enthralling decisions I have ever made.
