the difference between LED Grow Light and CFL grow light?

Will you tell me the difference between LED Grow Light and CFL grow light?

electrical current is passed thru a gas in flouresent lighting. in led lighting electrical current is passed thru a solid. leds are like laser and light is limited in its direction. florescents are particles of phosphor repacting to uv radiation created from electrical current passed thu gas this puts light off in all directions and is not concentrated from a single point.

yes led is usually a single spectrum or color and fluorescent have a broad spectrum consisting of all the colors(some more than others)
