So there’s all these stores selling THC-A flower i’m in VA but they’re doing it in TN too. Is this nationwide? Wtf is thc-a flower? Is it synthetic? Is it a specific hemp species? Are these seeds gonna get passed off as real thc seeds? What the hell’s up with this shit?

All cannabis seeds have NO THC
When Plants grow...They are all HEMP.
As they mature...THCA is formed
If they Mature past a point...That THCA will CONVERT into THC

Hemp farmers by law have to test their crops for THC LEVELS....
If they exceed .30% they are called a HOT CROP ...They can REtest the Crop once more....& if it is still HOT...They have to destroy it

thc-a is absorbed instantly into your blood system. its that hit you get (enflourage) affect before you get the rest of the hit

yes it will, all hemp/cannabis has THC in it. the test the police use can't tell the differance between hemp and cannabis. it may only have 0.02 % thc, but its there

It's a marketing technique to get people to buy shitty hemp flower as far as I know . THC-A has medicinal value but if the flowers being sold have enough to get you high by smoking it they're illegal by law in non recreational states . That's the way I understand it .

It's real flower with potentially high levels of THC-A (raw THC that hasn't been decarboxylated/heated). It's a legal loophole that is being attacked by the feds as we speak. It's due to a hemp bill that was passed stating any dry cannabis flower that tests below 0.3% Delta-9-THC is considered "Hemp" and not Marijuana/Cannabis.

If you get your weed tested that you grew in Michigan for example, it tests below 0.3% Delta 9 you can actually legally mail it through USPS to anywhere in the USA just not international.

A cannabis-derived substance with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of 0.3 percent or less is legally hemp. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a compound found in the flower resin of cannabis plants.
You can send certain hemp-based products domestically (within the U.S. and to U.S. territories) if you comply with all applicable laws. (You cannot send hemp and hemp-derived products to international or military destinations.)
To mail legal hemp and hemp-based products, including CBD, you must:
  • Follow the guidelines outlined under Publication 52, Section 453
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws pertaining to hemp production, processing, distribution, and sales
  • Retain records establishing compliance with such laws, including laboratory test results, licenses, or compliance reports, for no less than 2 years after the date of mailing

They also sell gummies made with thc-a , cheap as hell, like $10 for 500 mg or some shit. so how does that work if you don’t heat it up to turn it into thc then what are the effects?
