Thai haze X Skunk / CFL / First Timer

Hello.

I have been reading the last couple days (Thanks for the info)

I decided a small CFL grow is best for me right now, space wise and experience.

This is my first real grow and I have 5 seeds GM'ing right now.

I have:
2 x 42w 6500 CFL's
2 x 45w 4100 CFL's
6 x 23w 6500 CFL's

I read that the 3500K – 4000K range is no good, but is the 4100 useful at all?

If I dont use the 4100's I will have 222w at 6500k is that enough light for a couple pants?

Im thinking of using either a filing cabinet or a couple rubbermaid totes. I will be building the grow area later tonight so any pointers would be great.

Thanks.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.

Is a 4100k light usefull?
Is 222w @ 6500k enough for a small grow (1-2 plants)

Filing cabinet or rubbermaid totes, what is better and easier to use considering the light config? ( 2 x 42w and 6 x 23w)

well you have enough lights for a small grow i would say .. but consider the plant that you're growing .. it's bound to be tall for sure. try some lst. and to answer if 41k is enough .. some would beg to differ but .. i use all different specrums during veg and bloom .. mostly due to cashflow issues.

Ok.

I have started the build using 2 rubbermaid totes. I have painted the outside flat black but the only flat white spray paint I
could find was primer. I have a can of tremclad high temp white, but I dont think it is flat white.

Does the white need to be flat (I keep reading everyone saying flat white) or will a glossy white work the same?

Think you`re going to find it hard to keep it all small with thai h x skunk, i`m doing a couple of plants at the moment and kept it small, they are just touching 5.5 foot at the moment, well worth it though when you see how much bud appears when you flower :)

I counted 312 Watts not 222?

he's not including the 45 watt 4100k bulbs in the calc.

I don't think it'll matter what finish your paint is... both whites will reflect, but gloss is much shinier, so it might reflect a tad more, but flat white will reflect too.
