Texture of my hash?

Hello everyone i just finished some hash doing the silk screen method, took it put it in cigarette plastic and newspaper and put it in the oven for a little. Followed a tutorial on facebook. when he finishes and cuts it open the sample he has looks hard as a rock. I unwrapped mine and i had to peel it off the wrapper and it was quite sticky. Did i do something wrong? should i press it and repeat the heating process? it feels sticky like a piece of chewed bubble gum dried.

just let it dry out a bit more.

put it in the freezer, they apparently left that part out of the tutorial you were watching. youtube used to have a few of those a few years ago I assume they are still there.
