Test positive from having live plants in your house?

heres the sit (and please pm me im posting all over the forum) im on pre trial supervision and cant smoke. no problem, quit cold turkey, but can the thc still get into my bloodstream just by the live plants that i just cant seem to cut down being in my house? They are in a seperate room and, yes you can smell "weed" in the house but it is nothing like when you actually go in, full on DANK. if you have ever seen Breaking Bad on amc, then you know exactly what I look like when Im in my room. full body white "painters" suit, super thick gloves with latex ones underneeth those, Ski goggles, and a full on face resperator. I never touch the plants directly w any part of my skin. And I also have cold weather clothes on underneeth all that. I almost passed out from heat exhastuion when I did my 3 week trim. whacha guys think? peas and carrots, Chef C

i would think as long as you dont touch the plant and are wearing like latex glove you should be fine and i would also think smelling the raw plant again as long as your nose doesnt touch the plant you should be ok. if your not sure you can always get a home drug test so you can see if it comes up in your urine.

I would think you would only get it from smoking. I don't think you get any thc into your system without smoking it.

Hehehe... no sir, you do not have to worry a thing about THC being in your system just from living in an area with plants.

If that were true, no one would need to eat oranges, we could just hang out with a bunch of orange trees and get all of our Vitamin C! ;-)

The thc is not anything unless it is heated enough to alter it into what gets you high , just like cooking it or smoking it . What Daniel and Guy says makes sense to me .

I just woke up and haven't toked yet, the thought of a bunch of people sitting around an orange orchard getting dosed with Vit C is pretty funny though :-D

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY doubt that you have anything to worry abt from being in the same room with your plants, regardless of how strong the bud is...especially w/ the extensive measures you're taking you def don't have anything to worry abt. The THC doesnt have "fumes" or "vapors" so to say, so there's nothing that could be absorbed through your skin. Your skin can't absorb smell. I would definately not handle the buds bare-handed though...I'm assuming THC could be absorbed this way, but even if so, it wouldnt effect you in the slightest way. This is b/c THC needs to be attached to a fat or alcohol molecule in order for your body to "process" it. Hope this helps a bit...
