Tent problems.

My tent temperature dropped to 55 degrees last night and humidity was 95% for a good 3 hrs. Did this hurt the ladies??

I don't think so, I did an outdoor grow many years ago where the temp dipped to 40 for a few hours at night after raining all day, but they were fine the next few days when the temps rose. If it was sustained for more than a few days then maybe it would be an issue, but there are a lot of factors at play. Many plants suffer worse than what you described and the worst that happened is slowed growth for a little while.

Rh no.

I've had mine in sub 40° for a couple of weeks. Gotta love fall @ 6k feet.

But you don't want to temp stress them too much this early.

Doubt they benefited from it but probably didnt do any major harm.

No. In the winter, my flower tents drop down to 55-58F throughout lights-off period, sometimes reaching down to just above 50F during the coldest times. In summer, they hover around 68F. I feed at lights on, and ensure my nutrient mix is slightly above normal room temperature. This warms up the root zone for the plant's day.

Outdoors, temperatures have been dipping to 45F for the last few nights, and my outdoor plants are doing just fine at those night-time temperatures as well.

Extended periods of cold temperatures will definitely slow growth a bit, but three hours is nothing.

Mine don't slow down, they just turn bright purple. But I have stressed them to hermi before from temps but I did have them out 50 days longer than needed and temps were right above freezing for days. Seeding wasn't even bad a few spread out across an 8ft plant.
