Tennessee and THCA/Hemp Loophole

Anyone care to elaborate for me a little? This THC-A/Hemp Bill loophole thing. It's regular ol weed is it not?

I'm about to get my license and proceed towards the thca thing it's looking like. Money to be made while the state eases into regular THC tolerating.

Anyone in TN care to have a conversation w me. Either on here or private messege. I'd just like to understand.

As per my understanding they're just testing the flower long before harvest, before thc has even came to be. Then calling it legal under the hemp bill.

If you're a Grower its all super grey there is a lawsuit that starts the 23rd about recent law changes I asked my local Hydro store and its basically illegal to grow THCA Flower and it looks like THCA flower will be illegal to sell in local stores soon online will probably continue
Check out Tennessee Growers Coalition
Now THC-A flower is the same genetics if its done right its likely harvested early but a bunch of the stuff on the market wasn't produced legally

I will just say we used to be the #2 producing state in the country so there's that

All I know is that's exactly what I'm doing in NC getting my legal license to produce hemp THCA bud ... But my main concern is how to keep it from decarboxylating and failing the test ... Or what genetics to stick to ... I fell like I'm Missing something...
