OK so I have a tent that is roughly 3ftx3ftx6ft and I have a 6inch exhaust fan that is attatched to a carbon filter. I was using a 200 watt CFL for vegging but kinda got talked into getting a 600 watt mh/hps system. So I got the new system in the mail yesterday and found that the mh bulb was broke and I was pretty dissapointed because i was eager to throw my girls (hopefully) under the new lights. So after talking to people I decided that I would just use the HPS bulb while I wait for the new mh bulb to get here. Lights out are at 1 am my time and i changed the bulb to the hps at about 11pm just so that they could get used to the light before it was on all day tomorrow. I have the light 37" above the plants and the fan/filter is on full blast. Now the fan is on a speed controller because I didnt need it full with the CFLs however my tent is at 91 F steady with the fan on full and a fan inside the tent on full and three passive vents open......

How the hell can i cool this down

PS the reflector that it is in is just a batwing reflector but it is about 3inches from my exhaust fan

Don't cool it... just add CO2 :-)

What are outside temps? The fresh air coming in, what is it?

Where are you exhausting to?
